Thank you for expressing interest in starting a chapter at your school, community or region. We’re excited you’re interested in helping us expand to impact more students around the world! EmpowerHer’s Executive Team has hosted many events with the local community, ranging from workshops to career conferences to hygiene kit-making events for our HerFuture Collective initiative. Read more about some of our events below!

Project Initiative: “HerFuture Collective”
Through a grand total of $900 USD that we earned from our nonprofit grants, we were able to create and distribute 500 women’s hygiene kits to Tri-Valley Haven, a center for victims of sexual and domestic abuse.

2024 Online Summer Camp

Our first ever summer camp was a success, with over 200 attendees! Students had a blast learning paddle ball game dev through Javascript concepts, investigating a criminal case using brain scans and fingerprint analysis, and finally learning the ins-and-outs of parliamentary debate and how to be a convincing saleswoman.

College & Career Guidance Guest Speaker Conference

Our first ever conference on May 3rd, 2024 was a success, with over 200 attendees from across the globe! Students met with guest speakers Sanjana Pitti (Business), Katie Cheng (Computer Science) and Dr. Beraki (Biomedical). If you missed the conference, we have a video!
